A teacher will accompany the group throughout the Aquarium. During the tour, we will present the features and curiosities of different fish species, amphibians, invertebrates and reptiles, in addition to their habitats and threats to their existence.

Are your students sure that, just by looking at the coast, they can tell what animals live in there? You can put them to test with this workshop!

Shark tour:

Are your students afraid of sharks? But how much do they really know about them? With this workshop, they will learn the myths and truths surrounding these feared sea creatures. They will become sharks experts!

Poema del Mar Explorers:

Do you think your students have an explorer's spirit? Are they naturally curious? This workshop is perfect for them! They will enjoy discovering the characteristics of the different environments at the Aquarium.

Protecting the environment:

Do you think your students are aware of the amount of pollutants surrounding us? Do you know if they recycle their waste correctly? This workshop will be a good way for them to reflect on their engagement and commitment to environmental protection. Everything we do affects nature!

Microplastics:

Do your students know what microplastics are or how they reach the seas? And why are they so dangerous? Surely they have seen them more than once and know what they are! This workshop will be a great opportunity for them to learn everything about this type of pollution. They will become experts!

CO2, The enemy

Surely your students know or have heard about CO2, but how exactly does it influence the seas? What impact do they have on the oceans? For this workshop, we have transformed Poema del Mar in a laboratory!

The sea urchins on my beach

Sea urchins are a typical species living on our shores, and surely your students have seen them on a number of occasions. But how much do they really know about them? With this workshop, they will be able to watch them closely and learn more about their different characteristics while playing.

Learning to respect tiny species

Do your students know what responsible consumption is? Can they classify fish species according to their size? Through a fun game, they will learn why they must respect even the smallest organisms, and become scientific disseminators!
