School Groups

A teacher will accompany the group throughout the Aquarium. During the tour, we will present the features and curiosities of different fish species, amphibians, invertebrates and reptiles, in addition to their habitats and threats to their existence.

Tour length: 2 hours
No. of students: maximum 30 pax


PRESCHOOLERS


  • Exploring and discovering the different types of species and ecosystems through observation.
  • Learning how to make comparisons between animals based on their primary characteristics.
  • Learning to care for and respect the natural environment.

PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS


  • Learning to recognise the main characteristics of each animal group.
  • Learning to make associations between living beings (food chains, ecosystems)
  • Discovering the different types of habitats and the most representative animals in each area.
  • Listing some of the causes that bring about the extinction of species.

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS


  • Learning to recognise different environmental adaptations.
  • Learning to make associations between living beings (food chains, ecosystems)
  • Discovering the different types of habitats and the most representative animals in each area.
  • Listing some of the causes that bring about the extinction of species.
  • Contribute to their training in environmental matters so that students are able to have a scientifically accurate opinion and develop proper argumentation skills on such topic.
